Western Insurance has established a new business, On Point Risk Solutions, which offers diverse property and casualty claims administration and surety services as well as to meet client needs in producing and servicing surety business.
The new unit is capable of managing all sorts of claims including coverage review, investigation and settlement, litigation management, and subrogation.Western Insurance president Kevin Prior said that this is a flexible and nimble operation that can handle virtually every aspect of a claim, from straightforward claims adjustment to full underwriting support and claims administration services.On Point Risk Solutions also provides a range of property and casualty services to commercial property and liability insurance carriers, managing general agents, reinsurers and self insureds including public entities.
